Dubuk Milk Masala
When the golden amber of turmeric is mixed with the crunch of organic dry-fruits and aromatic saffron, you get a rare blend of taste and health in your daily glass of milk with Dubuk Milk Masala
Ingredients: Almonds, Cashewnuts, Cardamom, Turmeric & Saffron
How we like it: Add two heaped spoons (provided in the pack) of Dubuk Milk Masala, along with a teaspoon of sugar/jaggery (or to your taste), to one cup of milk. Let the mix come to a boil. Lower the flame and let the mix boil for five minutes. Serve hot.
What else? If you have a sweet tooth, you should definitely try making kheer, thandai, kulfi, rabri & rasmalai with Dubuk Milk Masala, to make the desserts even more delectable!
Dubuk Chai Masala
An aromatic blend of handpicked organic spices preserved through age old Indian household wisdom
Ingredients: Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Dried Ginger Powder, Fennel Seeds, Nutmeg & Star Anise
How we like it: Add 1 spoon (provided with the pack) along with 1tsp sugar & 1/2 tsp tea leaves, to 1/2 cup of water and boil the mix. Add 1/2 cup of milk to the boiling mix and let the final mix come to a boil. Strain out the tea leaves & serve hot.
What else? Add two spoons of Dubuk Chai Masala to lukewarm water and have it on empty stomach to boost your immunity!
